Cycling fans and professional cyclists globally have made a decision that races and racers should be dope free. The UCI has specific guidelines on what is and what isn't considered doping. We believe that pro cyclists should NOT be penalized for past transgressions by the UCI or their teams if they are currently riding dope free. Reported doping incidents that are over 1 year old should not be pursued by the UCI if the rider has demonstrated in the past year that he/she is riding without the use of performance enhancing pharmaceuticals. Because we understand that many riders have started anew in the past year or so, we believe that all should be allowed a clean slate. By signing this petition, you agree that cyclists should not be penalized, harassed, or litigated against for transgressions, or allegations of transgressions that are more than one year old.
