Adding my family to this petition, here are 5 top reasons for privacy fencing. Personally, I want to feel part of a community, while still keeping my home private. The current HOA guidelines can be adjusted to facilitate for an approved privacy fence concept where our home space feels more personal and safe for our children.
There are homes within Buckhorn that have already been allowed to use trees or bushes to increase privacy, but this solution requires high maintenance and it's not fully safe for children.

The most obvious benefit of a privacy fence is, you guessed it—privacy. Make your home feel yours and not a public area within your community. We love our neighbors, but there are times where I don’t want people to see me shirtless while I’m doing my gardening or sun-bathing.
