no person deserves to go for rehabilitation for mistakes, circumstantial decisions or bad decisions,…. Just to die at the hands of the people who are there to protect them.. Especially with the everyday battle of just being an inmate in general.

My son almost died at the hands of 12 C.O's. They covered it up. They've been abusing our incarcerated loved ones for years.

The murder, mistreatment and abuse by correctional officers and illegal acts against incarcerated people by prison officials has to stop now. I stand with Mr. Dionis Mejia and all of our incarcerated brothers and siters. I demand that elected officials and authorities do their jobs in accordance with the 8th Amendment of the United States constitution as well as the 14th Amendment which they are in violation of.
