The 1974 health and safety at work act is being continually breached, be it by the amount of stuff assaults because the numbers are continually being diminished but also by the lack of staff moral due to sickness and stress. Something needs to be done and soon.

Staff and Prisoner safety is been seriously compromised, it is only a matter of time before a member of staff is killed on duty.
