I think the painting of the bluff needs to remain a tradition for the people, by the people. For years, artists, seasoned or novice, have trekked up the bluff to create pieces of art that mean something to them. Keep the tradition alive!!!

The bluff has always been a place for memorials, congratulations, Just in plain general showing our appreciation and feelings. There shouldn't be any reason for the city to control this...it has been done for years without any oversight from the city

Why change history? Leave it be! Otherwise don't show any history in Red Wing. Prince was all about minnesota and proud of it. Hope Red Wing pays the artist to put it back up. Did a great job....

The city needs to stop being pushed around by over opinionated people and leave the bluff be, like they have for many years prior. It will always be repainted by the community, you're wasting your time and tax payer money with the black blobs...

I have been raised with Prince. Nothing about him speaks negative. Let us celebrate him without a circus. I'm not talking negative about people whom disagree but it should be OK. This is a freedom of speech and expression. There is no crime. Give it a time frame and move on. If you can allow "Trump" then this should be OK.
