I can't believe the Prince symbol would offend anyone. It meant a lot to most people in town. We want to show our respect for Prince.

The rest of the world is celebrating this legendary iconic musician and humanitarian. Red Wing needs to honor the man for what all he did for Minnesota. I'm ashamed to say I live here given what they've done. Put it back and make it right.

Keep the bluff tradition going. This is one of the things that makes Red Wing an amazing place to visit and live in.

This has been happening for years. So now that Trump was up on the Bluff it's a problem? Now the city of Red Wing is going to do something. And to cover up a nice piece of art in the remberance of Prince. That is a shame.

That was a great tribute to an amazing artist from our great state. What an amazing way to honor him by paonting a memorial on our bluff. I believe it was very heartfelt by many and should be replaced!

Not sure city was thinking clearly on their decision. Maybe next time think it out a little better. This is a man who made a mark in everyone's life's and should be honored. Not 5 or 6 people around a table disrespected it and turned a town into destress and made themselves the city council look cold hearted. I love my home town and plan to retire there. Let's stand up to what Red Wing really is all about. I am proud of my home town
