Petition to West Chester Township Trustees for use of the old West Chester Library I the undersigned am a resident of Butler County who agrees that the best use of the old library located at 7900 Cox Road in West Chester Township is a community center offering wellness activities to senior citizens during the day time and baby boomers in the evenings. We therefore request a community activity center to be operated by Partners in Prime, the community's experts on aging.
