My 2 children use to attend Primetime, since it first opened until last year. We never had an issue with our daughters and felt at ease leaving them in the care of such wonderful caring teachers, both our daughters had the same teachers as they moved up rooms which meant there wasn't a big turnover and we were extreme pleased about it. It's sad to hear NOT only on this board but throughout the community on how PRIMETIME is no longer the same! Ms Nicole Olsen was an excellent director and because of her many of the staff always remained in the center. She wasn't just focused on their level of education because let's face it if most people with a BA or higher level of education would not stick around for $8 to $13 hourly rate! What childcare need is loving experienced happy caregivers who actually live what they do, like the ones our daughters had NOT "highly qualified on paper" who will leave as soon as they find a job more in their field. I took manners into my own hands and visited the school after our 3rd child was Born and I met the new management team, I was NOT IMPRESSED at all during the tour The director seemed like she really didn't know what she was talking about and just kept repeating herself! Even bad mouthing the previous director when showing us the changes she had made to the school! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! Anyhow I saw what seemed to be the children's snack 1/4 of a banana? For each child? And as she said children get fresh and organic fruit I couldn't help to notice a couple of fruit cocktail cans on the counter and bags of frozen vegetables hmmmm. The enrichment program looks great on paper but rumor has it it's a JOKE! With a teacher who does everything with absolutely no experience and most of the time has no materials to work with! Parents you need to look into what you're REALLY paying for. I was glad to see maybe 2 familiar faces one of them being both my daughters previous teacher but sadly I hear now that she's gone!
