Prevent relocation of drug addicts & vagrants from Durban to South Coast

We have our own druggies here in Amanzimtoti. Bring Durban City Centre's vagrants and street people to Toti will affect our town to spiral into nothing, our properties values to drop radically and then then the area will lose the little holiday business they still get.

There was a rehad at the same place 10 years ago and crime in my area escalated considerably.
