Consider the kidds & young people of Toti.
The drugg proplem is big enough! Theur suppliers will follow them to Toti!!
Relocate these addicts to a working farm where they can work 18
hrs a day!

Placing known criminals or individuals with a history of serious offenses in our community is deeply concerning and not in the best interest of the residents who live here. Our community consists of families with young children, elderly citizens, and individuals who deserve to feel safe and secure in their own homes and neighborhoods. Introducing individuals with a criminal past into this environment increases the risk of potential harm, whether through repeat offenses, influence on vulnerable youth, or general fear and anxiety among residents. Many people have worked hard to build peaceful lives here, and the decision to place offenders nearby threatens to undermine that stability.
Furthermore, this move can have long-term negative effects on the reputation of our area. Property values may decline as potential buyers or renters may be discouraged by the presence of known offenders. Local businesses could suffer, and community trust could erode. There is also concern that schools, parks, and other public spaces may no longer feel like safe places for our children to learn and play. What makes this even more troubling is that such decisions are often made without adequate consultation with the people most affected — the residents themselves. It is unfair and unjust to prioritize convenience or cost-cutting over the safety and well-being of an entire community. We strongly believe that alternative locations, such as secure facilities away from residential areas, should be considered instead. Our voices must be heard, and our right to live in a safe and stable environment must be respected.

Absolutely cannot happen! We are not the dumping ground for all of Durban’s problems. Our failing infrastructure can’t cope with the number of people as it is now and then this dumping another 800 into the area! NO NO AND NO

We are a residential area! Not the place to dump more homeless people on our doorstep. As it is every robot has multiple 'homeless' people. This is illegal!!

Ethekwini Municipality must just rehabilitate these people where they are."Don't abdicate your responsibility by moving these people around to look as if you've solved this huge drug problem you haven't.We don't want drug addicts in our area, period.
