Prevent the change of entry time for Standard/VIP tickets after purchase for Take That Wonderland Tour 2017

It's not fair that the conditions have changed from the time of purchase. I would have made a different decision.

I have bought cheaper tkts for more venues if I'd of known this prior to purchase I'd have only done 2 VIP

This happened to me at Hyde Park where the rules changed. I'll be furious if it happens again on this all. All entry should be at the same time.

It is unfair to change something like this after the event has sold out when VIP was sold as just a goody bag extra

Early entry was not part of the vip when I bought them and even some venues confirmed by email that vip did not contain early entry

It is disgusting if this is changed to early entry. If it had stated earlier when tickets 1st went on sale I would have chosen VIP and so would many others

Totally mis-leading. Was led to believe that VIP got merchandise only. If I had known early entry was included I would have opted for VIP

Ticket entry times should not be changed. If this does happen you have miss sold a product.

This can't happen, it is up a person what ticket they buy but they should keep what ever benefits that ticket gives them same as it went on sale

I will be furious to hear of a change to entry time to the arenas for standard standing versus VIP. Had this have been stated at time of ticket sales i have no doubt that all fans would have opted for the VIP entry to get closer to the stage.

Totally agree! Early entry was not listed as a benefit of VIP tickets when they went on sale in October. They cannot change the benefits a month before the shows!!!

We have spent money to attend the tour and to suddenly have a change five weeks (!) before the tour starts its disgusting. Hope this get's fixed.
