Keep it fair for everybody instead of just the people that can afford the most expensive tickets

If I knew VIP was priority entry I would have purchased these. Now it's too late and I'm utterly disgusted and disappointed that you feel you can do this after purchase has been made.

The benefits should be clearly stipulated at time of purchase so that people can make an informed choice.

Annoyed that we were told there was no early e try just the goodie bag and no the goal posts have been moved!! Don't be grudge anyone just wish we'd been given the right information

Please follow the same process as the III tour, entry based on where you are in the queue, not on how much you are willing to spend. Thank you

As stated on VIP package just general standing tix ..no early entry into arena . I would of bought these tixs but got general ones instead x

If it was clear that VIP was early entry, all 13 of the dates I am attending would have been VIP!

To change the terms now is unreasonable and deceitful. Keep the terms the same!

SJM Concerts confirmed to me prior to tickets going on sale that VIP standing tickets did not give earlier entry than GA to the venue.

Informations about VIP standing said NO early entry! You can't change this now

Totally unfair how this was first advertised. If I knew the VIP tickets were getting priority entry, I would have purchased VIP tickets. Why has this only been mentioned after we all have purchased the general standing tickets?!

Definitely supporting this if I had have known VIP was early entry I would have bought it as I live in jersey I don't get to see my favourite band (been a fan since the beginning 1991) that often

Bought a standard general admission as the VIP stated it was the same general ticket but with merchandise that I didn't want or I would have just bought a VIP ticket!
