You can't change to early entry after the shows are sold out. That's not fair!! If offering something like that you have to announce it before the ticket sale starts so everyond has the chance to buy such a ticket.

When tickets went on sale VIP was sold as standard GA ticket, exclusive merchandise & a VIP check in desk. Now we've been told they have decided to give VIP holders priority entry over standard GA ticket holders.....This is unfair

You absolutely cannot change the rules of the ticket after selling the product. This would be classed as false advertisement and fraud. It was never stated on the ticket otherwise people would have brought them.

It is a complete farce, it happened at Hyde Park when the Priority GA didn't get the section of the barrier that was originally advertised and now the entry times have been falsely advertised as it has now been changed! We have to battle with ticket touts when buying the tickets and now we are battling with tour promoters changing the terms and conditions on entry times. How is any of this fair to fans! Having a clause of 'subject to change' should not cover massive changes like this, OUT OF ORDER!

We bought GA tickets because it was made very clear when purchasing that VIP did NOT include early entry... you can not change it a month before the tour, feel ripped off and disappointed

Everyone should have the same entry time. The VIP clearly stated what you got additional with no mention of early entry this should not change. It's unfair to others who are in the queue first!!

Completely unfair some of us have families and can't afford VIP tickets but are more than happy to queue over night to be at the barrier

It's a disgrace that we will be spending all day queueing like we do for every take that concert only to get to the front and be told to wait until others are going in before us. It is unfair and unjust.

After the insane ticket fiasco when the tickets were first put on sale, this is a joke! The goalposts can't be moved at this stage!
