No VIP ticket holders to "push in"

like so many fans I would have bit the bullet and bought vip tickets if early entry had been advertised. To change the package to encorporate this at this stage seems really unfair as fans weighed up the options on what you advertised.

I don't think it's very fair to people who couldn't get the VIP tickets for the tour to allow the VIP ticket holders in first

This needs to be prevented, isn't fair as majority of fans can't actually afford VIP tickets...just because we didn't get the VIP tickets doesn't mean we aren't die-hard fans.

Some people work hard to be able to afford a standard ticket- which are still fairly costly. I hate these entry things (just like at theme parks) where people can pay more and jump queues. Another thing that just separates people- which there is far too much of nowadays.

I was buying the vip tickets if they were early entry but they weren't so I didn't!! It's not fair to change it after!

So cross I am a genuine fan who queues up for hours to get as close to front as possible. I now find that they have sold VIP tickets and allow early entry. Something which was not advertised when the tickets went on sale. So upsetting for genuine long time fans.

When looking to buy tickets vip didn't include early entry, so I went for GA.

Totally unfair to fail to advertise all details of admission policy at point of sale!

Totally agree that prices and ticketing times should be set before purchase, this would certainly change my decision on what tickets I considered purchasing!!

I cannot believe the change to VIP tickets; we actually decided not to book VIP as we didn't require the additional merchandise. Our main aim is to get barrier and had we known VIP included early entry we would have purchased them. Please please re-consider this unexpected and disappointing change.
