Prevent the change of entry time for Standard/VIP tickets after purchase for Take That Wonderland Tour 2017

Had I have know VIP gained early entry before GA at time of tickets sakes then I would have expected opted for these instead.

Absolutely disgusting. It's the principle more than th actual issue. Terms and conditions state times may be changed due to things that are REASONABLY out of their control. This is not that!! This is a disgraceful way to treat fans. This isn't a case of a mistake we were CLEARLY told by Trudy of SJM prior to tickets going on sale that VIP tickets DID NOT include early entry. We did research the best we could and purchased accordingly. Hang your heads in shame.

After buying the tickets it is not logical to change the rules. We would have bought another entry class from the beginning. It's a hoax

I bought ga ticket as it was not stated that VIP would get early entry Had it been stated I would have opted for VIP this is false advertising if VIP go in earlier

Early entry was never listed as a benefit of Vip so surely people who bought them realised this at the time. Why change this just because they now start make a song and dance about it. Time and dedication of the many fans who choose to queue deserve a spot at the front over those who pay extra . No to early entry for Vip!!!!

Conditions have been changed after purchase. If I was aware of this extra on VIP ticket I would have bought one and I assume many more fans would have. This is so unfair to change such a significant part of the gig ticket.

Totally mis sold and not treating customers fairly. Not TT's fault but those organising the event and advertising/selling tickets are wrong. This needs to be resolved.

Priority entry was never mentioned in the tickets description!! Otherwise i wouldve purchased VIP standing tickets instead!!! Not fair at all!!!

I'm really angry about the last news of change entry time for the VIP package after the purchase. It's really unfair. I have a standing tickets and i think that it is not correct to change the package details after the purchase. Federica from Italy

Surely that's all part of it? The queing? A symbol of dedication, not just how much money you're prepared to spend?.. It's the alternative isnt it... if you can't afford to spend the money, but are prepared to sit out in the cold & rain for hours/days!... or switch it...that's what you pay the premium for..ie: golden circle or decent (pre-allo cated seats...so you can avoid queing...which is fine, but there's no reason for that to stop those who can't afford it or weren't lucky enough to get those great seats or circle tix!! Surely everyone should get a fair chance? The money we've spent in the last 25yrs...AND the queing in the pouring rain and freezing cold!!

Totally agree, all details/benefits to each ticket option should be shown at time of release so fans can make an truely informed decision to what ticket type to purchase. If VIP type tickets weren't advertised with early entry at the outset, then this should not be added at a later date.
