I lost interest in this specific Y years ago. I felt that this Y's ties to Judaism (modern orthodoxy) had grown weaker & weaker. This new step is disgraceful.

I am not a member as I do not live in Manhattan, but I have on occasion eaten at your restaurant/cafe. No More! A decision to serve traif food at the 92nd Street Y is disgraceful!

How can you host an event that is not kosher? This is ridiculous and it makes me question if I should continue to donate to the 92 Street Y. Probably not.

This is totally disrespectful to those who choose to follow Kashrut. I am appalled at your insensitivity.

A jewish organization with no kosher food in a community gala is no jewish organization. Its not even Jewish style!

I respectfully petition the administration of the Gala to reverse their direction and make the cuisine kosher. Not to do so flies in the face of historical precedent and commitment and erodes the essential Jewish character of the event. Do the right thing. Everyone will respect you for it. Do the wrong thing - you will earn long lasting contempt.

the 92 and street Y.M.H.A. is a Jewish institution and it must go acording to Jewish values. Keeping a kosher diet is a Jewis value.

Once you stray it's hard to change. Keeping kosher is the best way to go.. we should not lower ourselves.

Please don't sacrifice over 3000 years of our beloved religion for the sake of convenience and price. Uphold what is right and serve only kosher food at all of your events!!!!

A Jewish institution should ONLY serve kosher food.
