I’ve been a part of the TDSB since I was in grade one and now attend an Arts school. It would be a shame if they were to close them down.

Please don't take away the arts/specialized programs! The present and the future need these programs!

tdsb, this is not a wise move

I proudly stand against this.

Please let me continue to participate in the art program I love so much.

These specialized programs are here for a reason. They're getting rid of programs that are tailored to help students who share an interest grow and explore their passions. This isn't enhancing equity, it's getting rid of it.

Without specialized programs, students will have no sense of competition in academics and in the real world when they graduate.

although this program opens up a spectrum of educational options, it also closes a spectrum of hopes and dreams. Please don't take this away from us.

While inequity may exist in TDSB schools, forcing students to attend their home schools will not fix this. Instead, it is a shameless power grab by the TDSB to show off their "world leading equity", at the expense of their students education.

This is really upsetting. We cannot stand and watch the TDSB ruin the opportunity for future students to learn and thrive. TDSB: in order to ensure so called "equality," you are essentially depriving students the opportunity to further their own learning through these programs. Rethink your decision and don't act without considering all the lives you are ruining.

Let the special kids be treated based on their talent.
