I have been personally screwed over by Salient twice. Everything from posting fake (positive) reviews of their product, to banning and blocking anyone who questions them, to not honoring warranties, to sending out cease and desist letters (about a negative review) from a fake lawyer, everything Chris Kilgus and his company does is shady. They are not to be trusted in any way and should be nowhere near a course redesign I guarentee that if Salient, Chris Kilgus or anyone associated with the company or him comes anywhere near this design you will have an unusuable course within 6 months. They are not to be trusted. Stop Salient!

I know, first hand, how hard clubs and individuals, in a DG community, work. If a company is a true advocate for the sport and area growth, they would work with the community, not against.

Salient needs to learn a thing or two about business. They are a cancer to disc golf, without removing them they will tarnish the sport.

I hope you get it stopped. I would hate for this to be done at my home course.

I feel that to change this venue would be a mistake!

Salient has done nothing but bring negativity to disc golf. I wouldn't support anything they are associated with.

Yet another example of Salient's habitual disrespect for the disc golf community.

Not a new tactic.

If indeed they are doing this without permission from the parks department, they are breaking the law.

It is not good to go in and rework a course without permission. Especially one as well liked as Orangeburg. Let the local club with the blessing of the city make changes if they see the need.

Don't let Salient destroy this course. If they want to use it, let them use the course "as is."
