Why don't salient design and build their own course? Why undo someone else's blood sweat and tears? This seems disrespectful to the local players, club, and parks and rec dept.

This is not a reputable company in the sport and it appears the city has failed Democracy by making this rash decision to remodel a local disc golf course without consulting the disc golfers or even the community.

If a local Disc Golf group is already doing improvements why disrupt their progress. It may not be noticeable at this time but when the plants they added and other changes that were made complete their growth you will then see the fruits of labor that preformed. Please don't let the non disc golf group to-do anything.

Salient is a very disreputable company. Their attempt to bypass the local club and redesign the course is another example of their malfeasance. Their conduct is reprehensible. Please SAY NO TO SALIENT.

Obviously the local disc golf playing public does not want Salient involved in redesigning the course, why force them? Especially with Salients well documented, checkered past with customers?

This is bad news to allow a company with a history of a poor product to come in and completely bypass local clubs to completely redo a course. Local city officials don't understand that redesigning the course, and replacing equipment with inferior ones can ultimately damage the sport locally. I think the companies heart is in the right place, but by not including local player involvement, they are ultimately deteriorating their image further in the disc golf community.
