I was in this school two years ago, it was an unforgettable experience, I made great friends and great teachers ls . I am very sorry! leeis if any friend would love to be in contact me .

It is not fair on the students of that school to have to change schools since they have all settled into that school and it feels like home to them.

This is a disgrace, I attended this school and I hoped for my children to attend this school, I don't know how the people behind the closure of this school sleep at night, I for one will be standing behind keeping the school opened.

As a teacher, I'm supporting the school. Education is being cut everywhere. Target students. Target teachers. Target schools! Shame on the powers that will do this!!!

As a past pupil of this fine school i urge all the local people of Bagenalstown & surrounding parishes to stand up & fight to keep this school open. The community & young people need it's service's. The goverment of the day have shown again that they can not be trusted to look after the well being of the small rural communities. This school has a long history of providing it's students with a solid foundation to go on to 3rd level education, trade based employments & so on. How can our future for our kids be bright when the tools & basic rights to a decent education that they need to succeed in life are being pulled from under their feet. We need this school for the children of this area..... , parents are also streched enough without also having to travel further if this school is closed down. Our kids deserve to have choice and an education that is tailiored to their needs. The VEC in Bagenalstown provides that to our children. Please stand up & fight to stop futher austurity being froced on our community.

Criminal to think such a school with opportunities for people in the local and extended areas should close. Smaller classes is a good thing, plus the courses run are invaluable.

Please keep this school open somehow. DE LA salle is bursting at the seems already. Could this school perhaps cater for transition, 5th & 6th year from pdls? Just a thought!

Don't close any schools, there are better ways to save money. Cut TD's expenses
