Disappointed with the way this has been handled - we have not been engaged or consulted with throughout the process especially when it concerns our children. We are keen to understand how the school has arrived as this being the only effective solution particularly when it involved disrupting 90 children. We are therefore opposed to the reshuffle.

My child has finally adjusted to his classmates, and reshuffling the class now will cause significant distress with long-lasting effects. My family and I strongly oppose this unnecessary action, and urge the school to table alternative solutions.

Totally against the shuffle and the way it has been dealt. Very unfair process and unilateral decision.

Reshuffling the entire Year 1 cohort would be highly disruptive and stressful for all 90 children. While I understand the need for a solution, I believe a more gradual, organic approach over the year would minimize disruption. Children, especially those with additional needs, thrive on routine, and this proposed change seems likely to create unnecessary chaos and stress. The school has built a strong reputation through collaboration between teachers and parents—let’s continue working together to find a solution that is both effective and far less disruptive.
