We are alarmed at the serial assaults on rezoning and pressures on the traffic flow in the Falls Road corridor and the water supplies posed by the Grace Fellowship church building and housing development. This area is just barely ratining its scenic by-way status as continued development threatens this naturall beautiful corridor of farms and woodland

5 Yearling Way, Lutherville, MD 21093. I oppose any development unless it is based on a record that credibly projects the traffic congestion at all times of the week and every season and that contains restrictions designed to protect the waters of Deep Run as a trout habitat.

PLEASE rezone this property to RC-7 to preserve the environment, water quality and character of the region. The traffic congestion from St. Paul's School is already too much for the failing intersection at Falls Rd and Seminary Ave!! How many more accidents do we have to have? PLEASE STOP Large Scale Development here!

I support the down zoning, the roads are already over utilized and developing this property would create long lasting environmental issues
