My family lives at 17 Tremblant Court. I've known this area for almost 30 years and it has gradually transitioned from a mostly rural area to a much more dense suburb. However, none of the infrastructure was built to accommodate a growing population and there are significant risks of degrading the beautiful natural environment of the region. Don't let irresponsible developers continue to degrade the area.
I support the rezoning in this case and totally support the facts showing damages to the quiet enjoyment of my home.

I live at 7 Tremblant Court, just north of the intersection of Falls Road and Seminary Avenue. That intersection is already overwhelmed with traffic during the morning and evening rush hours. If a mega church were built at that site with activities scheduled throughout the day and evening, the area could not handle the traffic. In addition, the site is located on a stream buffer and would affect our well water supply. Please rezone the property to RC7.

This is a very inappropriate location for a large congregation for both traffic and environmental reasons. It will be a detriment to the immediate neighborhood, plus everyone who passes through the intersection at Falls and Seminary.

I am against the Grace Fellowship development. I support the down sizing. This area does not need more development. Rush hour traffic is already horrific.
