I oppose any development of this property.. The traffic along both Falls Road and Seminary Avenue is already deplorable during both morning and evening rush hours. The intersections that surround this development are challenged. The impact on Deep Run and general water quality is of concern. We share the land with quite a bit of wildlife that will be negatively impacted and pressured causing more safety concerns for current and new residents.
