Prevent 21 Acre Large Scale Development on Seminary Ave Near the Falls Road Intersection!

I did not even consider the obvious negative environmental impact of this development, and the effect on the residents in the area on wells. To move forward with this development would be environmentally irresponsible. This simply cannot move forward.

428 Five Farms Lane Timonium, MD 21093 Traffic in this whole area along Falls Road from Joppa to Padonia is a complete mess already due to schools, businesses, Meadowood, and growing communities, as well as being a major access to 83 and 695 for local residents. To throw a development of this magnitude on top of the existing congestion would be completely unreasonable and unacceptable. At Seminary and Falls specifically, traffic is adversely affected not only along Seminary, but along Mays Chapel as well.

The traffic is already terrible at that intersection. The area cannot handle an additional 5,000 plus cars!

We cannot afford to have church with such a large capacity built at the intersection of Falls & Seminary. Traffic is horrible any way plus once schools start we have two big schools which make traffic ridiculous but that is fine. Not the right place for this Mega Church

11307 Mays Chapel Road. We oppose the proposal to build Grace Fellowship Church at the corner of Falls Road and Seminary Avenue. We live up the hill and already contend with the overwhelmed infrastructure at this intersection. This 4000+ membership church runs programs during the day and evenings not to mention the worship services on the weekends. The additional load of traffic would make an already difficult situation impossible particularly with 4 schools in close proximity on Falls Road. We are equally concerned about the environmental impact and question why an EPA impact statement is not being required. The bridge spans a trout stream and the property is partially composed of wetlands. Surely acres and acres of parking lot are going to result in drastic consequences for run off in the area. We are also concerned about depletion of the aquifer for all the families with homes in the area whose only water source is wells. Finally, why is this proposal being rammed through during the height of vacation season? The tax paying neighbors should be consulted before developing this parcel.

This intersection is already a bottleneck for traffic weekdays and even weekends. 24 Treadwell Court, Lutherville MD 21093.
