Please re-zone the parcel at Seminar Avenue and Falls Road to prevent the construction of a mega-church In our neighborhood.
My family and I live at 8500 Marblehead Road(Seminary & Marblehead). Hundreds of cars already pass our house every day. Our neighborhood and quality of life will suffer from even more traffic and noise. Please don't allow this change to the character of our neighborhood.
I doubt a business of this size would be permitted to build on this site. In terms of its impact on our lives, this church is no different.

There are a number of areas of concern: even more traffic at a failed intersection, environmental issues such as run off from the impervious surfaces. Not the correct location for such a large (mega) church.
