Prevent 21 Acre Large Scale Development on Seminary Ave Near the Falls Road Intersection!

This is not an appropriate location for a church of this size. This is primarily a residential neighborhood and the weekday and weekend activites of this church would create gridlock congestion in an already traffic-heavy area. I am totally opposed. Grace needs to find a location that is appropriate for its size.

This is a residential neighborhood, and not remotely suitable for a "mega church" or other commercial project. A development of that scale at that intersection would be utterly absurd given the massive traffic congestion which already exists there and the area generally, particularly during morning and evening rush hours. Grace operates every day/evening, with huge events every weekend. Adding additional traffic on the weekends would serve to make this area terrible, and also would massively change traffic for the worse - possibly thousands of additional cars! - on Mays Chapel and Timonium Roads for the worse on the weekends !!!

I am against the current zoning at the corner of Seminary Ave. and Falls Rd. The relocation of Grace Church to that area would cause major problems.

I live on 3 Brierleigh Court which is up the hill from the proposed location. I am opposed to building of this church at this location. I have lived here fo 25 years, they originally wanted to put 45 homes here but could NOT get water. The original plat map looks like Swiss cheese with all the failed wells. They only got elevenwells in Brierleigh. We have seen multiple issues that our neighbors have had with their water stemming from lack of supply to contamination of their wells from salt on the roads from the snow. Some of the homes in our neighborhood have such a low yield that they have multiple wells or have had to put wells on other properties and create right of ways. Water is a huge issue,I our daily lives and in the value of our property. We are served by the same aquifer that the proposed church would be drawing from. This is not an unlimited source of water!

20 Summer Fields Ct Fiels at Seminary Please make sure a thorough study is done by independent traffic engineers during the school year/rush hour before this approved! The Falls/Seminary Ave intersection during rush hour both in the am and pm (especially during the school year), is a major issue. During these times, it can take 15 to 30 minutes to get through the intersection. Drivers attempting to bypass the backups will cause increased traffic through neighboring residential surrounding the interaction. Denying this approval is a no brainer!

Too congested here already

If it wasn't a good idea on Padonia Rd., it won't be a good idea on Seminary either! Traffic, traffic is horrendous already.
