Prevent 21 Acre Large Scale Development on Seminary Ave Near the Falls Road Intersection!

I live at 9 Spring Knoll Court in the Seminary Overlook neighborhood. Please rezone the property in question to RC7. It is absolutely against any form of good planning - not to mention common sense - to allow a massive development with tremendous traffic flow near an intersection that is already failing and bottled. Three schools with massive sports facilities that are used 7 days a week, a main link to Green Spring medical and shopping facilities and feeder to Highways 83, 695 and 95. A horrendous idea that will surely drop the property values of all homes in the area aside from impacting the quality of our daily life.

Please, downzone to RC7. Do not allow this failed intersection to implode!!!!

I am in strong favor of down zoning to RC-7. Any more traffic on Seminary and at the Falls/Seminary intersection would add to already severe congestion. This intersection cannot support this type of development. Traffic is already too heavy and the intersection would be dangerous with more. The proximity of the proposed church development to the intersection would make it even more hazardous.

Falls Road traffic near Seminary is unbearable, please do not add more congestion to this area.

The intersection of Falls and Seminary Roads can not afford to have any more development as evidenced by the back-ups every day
