I urge that the permits for this potential development be denied due to the issues in the petition: Saving the Bay and Traffic Mitigation. Traffic on Seminary & Falls Roads is out of control almost every am & pm drive times. Traffic is sometimes backed up almost to the top of the hill on W Timonium Road at 3pm. I own the property at 11710 Fallswood Terrace, Lutherville, MD 21093.

The area is over built and thus causing traffic nightmares at a crowded cross road at Falls and Seminary. The added congestion on Seminary will generate more trafic problems. This is another attempt for the church to buy land and take care of their parishners. They need to do the right thing and move out into the country where the land availability for them is there. Look into another community Church I Barrington, I'll that was located in an old movie theater but settled on farm land and explanded their ability to open more for the youth etc. open and no issues with traffic and the individual home owners in any way!

Falls Road and Seiminary Ave are already very heavily overworked with traffic morning and evening. Also under appreciated is the natural ground cover that will disappear under asphalt as will the quiet of evening/night regularly weekly.
