PLEASE, PLEASE reconsider this location for Grace Church! The environmental impact on our rural area will be devastating; topped only by adding HUNDREDS of cars to THREE intersections which are already deemed "failing" by the county. Locating this massive congregation in an area that already accommodates two schools, a very busy regional park, and a shopping center is not right or fair to the folks already trying to deal with traffic in the area!

This area has too much traffic during the school year, students arriving at St. Pauls' and Maryvale schools , not to mentions sporting events. It seems to me that another area would be more appropriate; a building that is placed where sewage is not a problem and school traffic is not compromised, i.e. vacant buildings such as the old Caldor's site.

I work in this area and traffic at falls and seminary is a disaster. I can't imagine the impact adding the church would have on an already busy stretch of road. 21234 but work in 21093.
