Seminary Avenue is only 2 lanes. The traffic and congestion resulting from a mega church will overwhelm this community.. Additional development will make it exceptionally over crowded. Lax building covenants in the Falls Road corridor have already created a negative impact on the residential communities surrounding the proposed project - this will be the final nail in the coffin for commuters in and around this portion of Baltimore County.

FALLS RD AT THE INTERSECTION OF SEMINARY AVE CURRENTLY HAS MUCH MORE TRAFFIC THAN THE ROADS CAN HANDLE. LOCAL TRAFFIC COUPLED WITH ST PAULS SCHOOL TRAFFIC CAUSES MAJOR TRAFFIC TIE UP MORNING AND EVENING. THE ADDITION OF THE PROPOSED CHURCH TRAFFIC WILL GREATLY COMPOND AN ALREADY EXISTING TRAFFIC PROBLEM

This has nothing to do with the building of the church as much as: 1. Traffic on Seminary and Falls Rd. is already a big problem, and this will certainly contribute 2. The Falls Road corridor is a scenic route and should be conserved as such. The building of a structure such as this would start the beginning of "Commericial sprawl" in this part of the county 3. Putting a structure this large on our well system could present a large problem
