As per the constitution it requires 4% of the voting population to intiate a recall election. When issue can't be resolved and causes larger issues that affect a nation as a whole, someone must be held accoutable. This person whom was elected to fulfill the needs of a nation and look out for his country's best interest has failed to do so.
