The proposed Ashcroft Valley should not be approved. Proposal does do fit with the integrity of the current zoning or intended use. Quick decisions are NEVER appropriate when current community members express concerns. Already 3,000 homes have been approved in this area of Williamson County. Measured decision making in consideration of current community needs are required.

Traffic has increased greatly over the last five years. Adding more will be a nightmare. We don't need to build on every square foot of land.

Highway department needs to fix the traffic cluster before anymore houses are built in Franklin 30 minutes to drive 3 miles in the afternoon is ridiculous.

There needs to be better access to Hwy 96 instead of through the existing neighborhood of Franklin East. with Octoberpark about to be constructed on Ridgeway Drive the street will be a nightmare to all.

New to Franklin this summer - we moved from an area in Virginia with unchecked growth and experienced the negative impact upon our schools. All infrustructure must be addressed and improved upon BEFORE adding more homes. You will drive down property values, lower the quality of your schools, depress the movement of properties for sale, and more if development remains unchecked - believe me - I have already lived it!

This amount of growth is counter productive. Franklin is rapidly changing and not for the better. We are becoming Atlanta which is a mess.

Stop the growth until infrastructure catches up. Also, reject any developments having a negative impact on roads and existing neighborhoods.

We need to manage the unmitigated growth. Adding yet another neighborhood with so many new and under construction currently doesn't see, prudent.

Warren Road is simply to narrow. We've actually had two cars drive off the road and crash in our side yard due to the sharp drop off at the curve of Warren Road. Further, in the mornings, we're already backed up at least six cars deep at the exit to Arno Road from Cedarmont Drive. For us, no direct access from Ashcroft Ridge to Hwy 96 is the primary issue.

The proposed road on Warren will reap havoc on my leach fields and the influx of traffic is a danger to pedestrians and animals. It's an ill conceived project with no regards to the residents of Valley View, Franklin East or Cross Creek.

Stop the insanity! Enough already! We've been here 30 years and welcomed progress at one time, but progress has become a nightmare in Williamson County, especially Franklin. What was once a lovely, peaceful beautiful has morphed into big city stress and problems. Traffic is a nightmare any time of the day or night. We can't handle any more! Please do not approve Ashcroft Ridge. Respect the homeowners who are already here and have had enough of the greed and indifference to the quality of life for both current residents and "new" residents who haven't a clue what they're in for. Please do the right thing - preserve what little is left to Franklin - it's already out of hand.

The Ashcroft Ridge subdivision will impact traffic congestion (as if we don't already have a traffic issue that no one wants to accept nor address), the property has three high-volume gas lines and the future impact on the Williamson County school district.

This proposed development will create serious safety issues for the surrounding communities due to traffic, blasting during the construction phase, environmental impact including drainage issues and a lack of infrastructure to accommodate the additional houses. The impact on the education system will be devastating.
