Make the Ayurveda Doctor title standards the same as in India: 5500 hrs. Require an additional 1500 hrs. (from the current 4,000 hrs., the very reason for the controversy), including an Indian internship of 3-6 months. Hope this helps to simplify the solution!!

A standardized curriculum and rigorous training should be implemented for Ayurvedic practitioners all over the world not just in the USA. This is very important to maintain the credibility and integrity of this Dharmic system
