My wife and I moved to Shady Lane from the Rocky Hill area 6years ago just so we could have more room. We have heavily invested in our home and wish to stay here as long as possible. It seems that the best case scenario at this point, is to reduce the density of the proposed development and keep the developments entrance on Cunningham Road as opposed to Shady Lane. Please help our neighborhood maintain it's character and it's value.
