I live off Cunningham Road at 6621 Cochise Drive. There are already two new subdivisions being built along Cunningham Road. It is already far too congested, and with two other neighborhoods in the process of being build, we certainly do not need to add another one. People have already moved in to new builds in Halls without any update to existing infrastructure that has led to far too much traffic congestion. Please don't allow another one. It is a daily challenge at various times to pull out of our subdivision with the current traffic that flows on Cunningham. This is dangerous to traffic flow to add potentially 100 more dwellings.
