1-I25-RZ. Please keep up to two single family dwelling in this area. Cunningham Rd is getting much dangerous traffic so it's hard to get to Cunningham from small roads.

What can I say to stop this? When money is involved, that's all city politicians care about. They don't think about the animals: the chubby beaver trundling across the road to get to his dam. Or the deer that are running out of places to run, live and play. Or our beautiful families of skunks, opossums, wild turkeys, coyotes...This feels utterly futile. Do you really think these people care that you sit in traffic on Cunningham? Or that Knoxville is becoming like all the other overpopulated cities? The sad truth is they do not care. But we care. So yes, I am adding my signature. Please stop this development and preserve our beautiful neighborhood.

1-I25-RZ Requesting zoning only 2 homes per acre. We already have felt the impact of more traffic down Cunningham and this would impact us greatly to have any more than 2 homes per acre

I am against the massive housing development. If any building to be done should be custom homes on large lots. The traffic impact would be horrible under the proposed development.
