A Regency Heights resident and B.B.C.C. member. Also, this makes the already busy street very dangerous buy adding another entrance/exit.

I live local to this area and already have concerns with traffic on the busy 2 lane road and I believe that the addition of more living space is going to raise more issues. I also value the beauty of the golf course and believe it provides more value to the area than another high density living space.

To compromise of a development that models Shadow Creek is acceptable to me.

Please respect the wishes of your constituents. Cunningham Road is already a hazard given all the unfettered construction projects that have been allowed.
