Please preserve what is left of wine country. The traffic is already a nightmare.

I've been lucky enough to be able to live out in the stage area and the borderline of Temecula also for the last 10 years and I can't see myself ever going back to the city because I just the quiet and the sounds so beautiful I'm from Orange County yeah and I lived on the coast to coast is nice but Wine Country and back past it the whole different thing I remember the first time I rode my motorcycle to work and when I came over the top I cross over and he's Benton I saw the hilltop spoken through the morning clouds and it was so cool and then when I rode home in the afternoon and I came up the hill to the top right before Sage Road it was like kind of Cloudy and then also and I poke through the top and it was like Sunny Blue Sky son is like a movie you can't you can't get that lights we have a great show going on every weekend in the sky what else can I say we need to preserve this area it's silly to think that we're going to let Corporate America come in and invade this beautiful Serene area I say no I say hell no. As a resident of Irvine, I look at Temecula as a close and convenient option for wine tasting. Increased development makes Temecula a less and less appealing destination. Please preserve wine country and resist further housing development.

Keep Temecula beautiful and stop all the building!!! Traffic is outrageous, schools are over crowded and mostly let's preserve and protect our animals and land. This is what my 11 year old daughter told me to write and I 100% agree with her.

Mr. Chuck Washington, please do what is right and what is desired by your constiuants to preserve the Wine Country Plan. Vote NO. Do not allow this dangerous rezoning precedent to pass.

This project is all about making money at the expense of preserving Wine Country. Not good and sets a dangerous precedence. The Wine Country Master Plan was specifically crafted and designed to prevent this kind of residential sprawl from occurring. Mr. Washington, you should be doing all you can and everything within your power to protect and preserve the Master Plan set forth for Wine Country. Not doing so is being negligent as our Supervisor. This developer could care less about Wine Country...he only cares about lining his pockets. I strongly encourage you to vote NO.
