The same rules need to be applied to all wine country residents and developers. Vote no on this plan.

We have a plan that has been approved and adopted in Wine Country, everyone has to follow the same set or rules. Setting this precedent is not fair to anyone in the region and only benefits one company. VOTE no and keep the playing field fair.

Please vote NO on allowing a vital part of Temecula Wine Country to become a housing subdivision that burdens tax payers and our environment. Put your property owners and voters first.

Too many homes/civilization taking over wildlife areas! Orange groves and vineyards allow for people to make money yet still allow wildlife to survive!
