Please do the right thing on this issue. Stay with the Land Plan and vote "NO" on Z-46.

Developers need to stop ruining communities by over developing every available piece of green space. There are so many factors in play: the ecosystem, traffic, and schools, among the top three.

The roads around these subdivisions are overburdened as it is...growth without thought for the future is irresponsible and counterproductive to wise financial planning in this area. Please give serious thought to this proposal!

The resulting congestion would not be conducive to the betterment of our community and is not for public good.

Very worried that already bad traffic will become worse without plans to do anything about it, and that our schools will be overburdened and we may wven get pushed out of the zone for the schools we are currently to attend.

I do not want the new rezoning. I do not see or hear of one positive thing about it. I am worried about what it will cause for traffic, the schools, taxes, property values and the beautiful land and all the history that goes with it. Not every inch of land and property needs a house or business on it. Please

Less density than asked for is better for all of us -- our schools and roads, our quality of life, and our property values

Please no more! Think about the schools and the over crowding we already have. The streets are jam packed too. Please stop!

I am strongly opposed to Z-46 zoning. Keep West Cobb as is - that's why my family moved here 22 years ago!!
