Z-46 is an inpingement to our chosen lifestyle and a danger to our families due to traffic increases that it will introduce. It is already a difficult experience to exit our subdivision and forces people to make hurried and therefore bad decisions when leaving in the morning. My family did not move into this area to experience population growth that wasn't planned for.

School classes are already growing each year which means our children are not getting the individualized attention they deserve. Rezoning will bring even more children to the already crowded classrooms. Rush hour traffic is atrocious! We chose this area to be in a less densely populated area and now you want to chip away at that? We love this area and our neighborhoods where our children have room to run and play with their friends. Please vote no on rezoning and preserve the quality of life we have in West Cobb.

The traffic on Stilesboro Rd. during rush hour is barely manageable now. This area cannot handle more traffic. The proposed number of homes would overcrowd the schools and when schools become overcrowded the quality of the schools drops. One of the reasons we moved to this area was because it was aesthetically pleasing. It was houses mixed in with nature and that gives the illusion of being in the country when in reality any shopping center is just 10-15 minutes away. The houses were not sitting one on top of the other; there was breathing room. With the proposed development, we just become a little Atlanta. Say no to the rezoning!

Have only been in this area for a year and can't imagine more people or traffic! It's already a nightmare to even walk along and enjoy the area without fear of being run over by people during rush hour. The area is perfect the way it is..this will lead to so many more issues than just over populated neighborhood's. .too many people = a lot more drama!

Our little two lane winding roads cannot handle the traffic we already have. It took me an hour to go 6 miles the other morning during rush "hour". I think we already have approx 37 students per class.

We chose West Cobb over East Cobb 13 years ago because we loved the the large lots and country like setting. Now the traffic is so bad, we can barely turn left out of our neighborhood onto Paul Samuel Road. The two lane roads cannot handle the amount of traffic travels on them everyday. Keep West Cobb attractve and a great place to live.

We who live on Paul Samuel Road and try to get out of our driveways truly understand the impossible traffic situation. More houses, which mean more cars, will add to the frustration we have daily.

Our roads and schools cannot handle any excess building at this time. As it is people on Stilesboro Road have trouble getiin out of their subdivisions each morning

I want the county for once to do what is right, not what is best for their pockets. I counted 43 cars at 5:30 pm as I sat in my driveway waiting to pull out onto Paul Samuel Rd. And mind this is a 35 mph road not 60 as the cut through cars think.
