Is Paul Samuel Properties, LLP, Double Edge, LLC, and Laverne and Carl Abbot going to pay for the road improvements needed? Or, are we going to pay for it with raising taxes?

Please hear our voices. We don't want rezoning that will allow builder/developer outfits to be able to come into West Cobb and build it up with High Density neighborhoods that will flood our current schools and increase out taxes. It is a vicious cycle that can and will be averted.

Please vote no on Z46. Adhere to the future land use plan to preserve the character of this area. Please do not make West Cobb into East Cobb. Residents here in West Cobb enjoy the reasons we purchased here and do not want to see overdevelopment.

Man I didn't see this coming.... Hard to imagine how Stilesboro Road could handle another 300+ cars at peak hours. We live in Brittany Chase sub division (Paul Samuel and Stilesboro Road) and its not if but when were going to get smashed. Its a comedy show here....Cobb county your forcing us out of our homes.... Please Please Please NO to Z46

Please allow the developer to create a plan based on current zoning. There is no need to change the zoning when the plan can be modified so easily. The developer knew the zoning when they purchased the land AND when the design the plan. It can easily be modified to reverse their over sight of what they purchased and what the rules were at that time.

The overwhelming majority of homeowners in District One would rather see much less densely developed neighborhoods. We must ask,whose needs are being served here?

Susan I feel your pain. Widening the roads will destroy property values and make things much worse. Try getting out of your driveway or side street with cars speeding down the road at 60 MPH or more. The county only sees money and not the people who live here.

The "supporting documentation" such as traffic studies are not current, in fact close to 10 years old. Not only is current traffic not documented but there are 2 other developments which have begun which will only add to the current traffic congestion and school enrollment. This leads to the common sense conclusion that more research should be done and thought put into responsible developments.

Our classrooms are already crowded. Approving the construction of yet another neighborhood will only make it worse. The majority of people who live in West Cobb choose to do so because we do not want to live in a high density community.
