I have resided in Cobb County for more than fifty years and I oppose rezoning of any property to Z-46. Rezoning will add more traffic to the overcongested road system we have.

I just moved so we could be at the hillgrove high school I will not send my child to Harrison! Keep it the way it is!!!!!

“I am a resident of District One (Northwest Cobb), and I want the current zoning to remain unchanged, as the property owner can develop the parcel as it is. While any development impacts current infrastructure and schools, developing it per the rezoning application will add stress on our school budget, overload our existing roads, damage our historical and archeological sites, and set precedent for future increased housing density. I urge the Cobb County Planning Commission and the Cobb County Board of Commissioners to: Vote “No” on Application Z-46 for an INCREASED High Density Zone change; and, Adhere to the 2013 Future Land Use Plan as it stands to preserve the character of this area. Doing so will serve to retain the long-term attractiveness of West Cobb as a less congested and more attractive place to live and work.”

Keep the Kennesaw-Acworth area unchanged! It is green, beautiful and safe. Highway 41 has plenty of unused commercial areas and more sudivisions will desroty traffic and our school quality.

I'm asking our appointed and elected leaders to respect and uphold the Comprehensive Land Use Plan...also please truly represent the homeowners by denying any re zoning ...builders will make money at the current zoning!!!

The houses aren't needed. We have too many existing houses not selling. The traffic flow is horrible . Adding the additional traffic to the already overwhelmed flow will cause complete chaos. The schools are already near or at full capacity. The preservation of the natural landscape is also in jeopardy. Leave west Cobb the way it is!
