If there is a way to save 50 or more decades old trees it should be done. Those cannot be easily replaced and would change the aesthetics of the park for generations.

We have lost a number of big old trees to development in our neighborhood near the Village center. I urge the Village to do more to preserve these wonders of nature and not fell them when there are perfectly good alternatives.
