Preserve Thomaston Dam off road use

I am a resident of Thomaston. I also hope to teach my son to ride when he is older as i did at the dam.

There are countless places to walk or hike. This is the only place to legally ride in CT with out a membership

There’s walking trails and hiking all over CT. What a joke it would Be

There is an extreme lack of opportunity for motor sports in CT and more should be created so closing one such as this is a one sided unfair consideration

The state has reneged on its obligation to trail riders after collecting taxes and fees for decades. Thomaston Dam is loved by countless dirtbikers including me. It is a rare and vital resource for people with a passion for the sport. I adamantly oppose any proposal that would further limit riding opportunities there or anywhere in our state.

Please do not ban the use of motorcycles at the thomaston dam! We only have a couple legal places to ride dont take it away

Need to keep the dam for riders

This is one of the few places left in CT to ride. If you take it away there will only be more riders riding where they shouldn't be.

Ridiculous that this is even being considered, it’s worked since the 70’s leave it alone

There are enough walking trails leave this for the bikers

Keep dirtbike riding legal in ct

We need more riding areas not less

The only place for disabled vet to ride with family in the state

Great place for kids and families to ride!

Save the Dam!

Ct can take all your money in taxes, Please don't take away are riding spot
