There is more than enough "walking routes" in Ct. Leave the dam alone. How about we take a cpl walkways away and make way for some quads in some of the state forests?? Ya I thought not. Let the dam be and the riders have it.

Absolutely keep open for riders! My son at 2 years old got his first bike and has moved up to a dirt bike. He loves going to Thomaston to ride. He’s not glued to a tv or iPad all day, he is out there in Thomaston every chance I get to further enhance his skills and balance. It’s a real shame that this is even being considered an option!

YES PLEASE! Giving riders a designated spot keeps them safer, and off of other trails that hikers use!

There are literally thousands of places in CT to go for a walk. To legally ride a motorcycle off-road there are exactly two.

Please do not take away our off road riding area. There is only 2 places were we can ride in all of CT. Taking one of them away will be a horrible blow to the riding community. There literally hundred if place for people to hike in CT. please
leave this one for the moto riders. We have very very little as it is.

There are enough places to walk. With limited options on legally riding dirt bikes in the state of CT, this would be a major loss.

The off-road community leaves Connecticut to travel out of state every weekend. Dad's house hundreds of all parts to take their kids if they're into baseball. There is virtually no place for a parent to take their kids if they're more inclined to Motorsports.
The best on road drivers are the ones who learned off-road.

It’s not fair to the riders of CT. Kids get in trouble for riding on the roads and you want to keep taking places to ride and then expect them not to ride in the road. Keep the trails

I’m from Morris and there is enough places for people to walk, in fact their are TOO MANY ALREADY !!!! You cannot get near any of the trails on the weekends especially. Let’s keep this spot for people who would like to use the trail for their hobby of riding. There aren’t many dirt bike trails, let’s designate this one !
