Save the trails!

I have ridden many years here. I'm now a business owner in the town of Thomaston and this demographic is part of my customer base. Eliminating Dam riding will affect the local economy abroad. From fueling up at local gas stations, to parts at the powersports shops, and every restaurant and other activity related business they venture to in between and thereafter. Dirtbike riding is a staple to the local community on many levels at the Thomaston Dam. Let's not forget that local community gatherings of recreation are slowly decaying. Places like this promote positive social communities and support groups that our children can learn and grow from.

Connecticut want you to register your machines but doesn't give you a place to ride them. When you're a hard-working person and money is tight that is a no-brainer why would you spend money and not be able to get any use out of it

Please keep Thomaston dam oven to ohvs its a important industry and a safe fun place to ride i as well as many other people grew up learning to ride at the dam and some day I’d love my own children to do the same

There are plenty of walking trails throughout Ct.

Please don’t take this away from us.

One of the few places left to ride off road legally

Please keep the Thomaston Dam open to ride. There are no other places for people to ride dirt bikes legally in Litchfield County.

Need to create more places to ride off road Dirt bikes And quads.
