Signing! A lot of this surrounding land has belonged to my family (Main) for years. I do not want to see it turned commercial and possibly trashed.

This is not a proper use of the land.

I am fervently AGAINST allowing the Stone RV development. Please help us keep Benton County a beautiful place to live.

No RV parks, it’s destroyed Hickory Creek area already.

Leave rural areas for the suburbs. Businesses need to be in different areas for RVs that are visitors to our area.

Any residential area is not the place for developments of this sort.

This should not be in the midst of a residential area.

They need their own designated area to be at. Not around any kind of houses or livestock of any kind. I live by one they put in and everyone around us does not like it. Wish we had a say in it and it wouldn't be there now.

I have family members in southern California and have seen how unregulated RV parks degrade a community. If this gets approved more will come, along with multiple problems that "follow" a small percentage of full time RV-ers.

Please do not destroy our homes by allowing RV parks close to them. That's craziness. Everything cannot be about money! To the members that decide: How would you like one right beside your house?

Please consider stopping this RV/office set up in such a small tight area...right up against owners home and property. It will bring the property value down and will look like an eye sore. Cramming 7 RV spaces and a office building into a tiny area of land. There is plenty of rural land in Benton County. For this to go, just not butted up to established homes n property.
