Please vote no. An RV park in this residential area is a bad idea. Thanks.

Please vote no! We must protect our rural areas even more now with all the unbridled construction elsewhere.

This is an improper place for either an RV Park or an RV storage. This should remain rural single family area.

I feel your pain. We live on Blueberry Lane and I here are now several temporary rental homes on our street now. They are commercial operations that apparently don't have to follow the rules. Septic is backing up due the o as many as 15+ people staying at some of these homes. Cars are parked in front he road. If I have a fire or other emergency vehicles cannot get by. Loud obnoxious people are on the decks and the hot tubs and cussing etc. total disregard for the people that have live and raise families in the homes near by the hear facilities.
Benton County Planning Commission has no reguard for families, and back in gear people putting commercial businesses in our negiborhoods without input from the families that live there. I fully support your efforts to block this unwanted intrusion of your rights!!

An RV park would not be allowed in the middle of an HOA community, for us it’s the same. The green spaces are part of our neighborhood. We want to kept these areas free for, wild life, for scenery, and keep neighborhoods beautiful. Thank you Cass Stensby

I know there are no real zoning requirements in the county; however, to allow someone to put in a business, such as RV parking in a neighborhood where people have their homes is a violation of the right to enjoy one’s property, and, further, invites, strangers, and passersby, to have more access to children in the neighborhood. Certainly, the value of this property would be devalued. Surely, the people we have elected to govern these matters have some concern for the citizens of Benton County and will protect them and their property by the decisions they make.

This is too many spaces on a property size that is too small. It doesn’t make sense to put such a high density complex in this space.
